A retired IAS officer, Pu Vanlalngaihsaka sworn in as new member of MPSC

Today, Vanlalngaihsaka, an IAS retired (voluntary) was sworn in as the new member of Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) by Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati at the swearing-in ceremony held at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Aizawl

The oath- taking commences with the reading of the appointment order from Renu Sharma,Chief Secretary of Mizoram. State Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati administered the oath of office,oath of secrecy and allegiance. Lalrinliana Sailo, Assembly Speaker, Lalchamliana,Home Minister and other government officials attended the oath taking ceremony. 

Mr. Vanlalngaihsaka is a highly experienced bureaucrat who holds the degree of B.A Pol. Sc. (Hons). He has been posted to several key posts under the Department of Mizoram. In 1991, he served Mizoram Civil Service,was alloted in 2007 and later promoted to IAS in 2015. In precedence to this appointment , he was appointed as Secretary to the Government of Mizoram for Home and DM&R Departments. He retired voluntarily on 11th March,2022.
