While Covid19 positivity rate continues to show minimal and slow decline, Mizoram extends ongoing partial lockdown till 16 October 2021. However, the order comes with several changes in the restriction order:
*Shops will be allowed sray open and conduct business on a daily basis tfrom 5:00 AM- 6:00PM.
*No curfew on Sundays
*Church sevices will be resumed with only 50% of total seating capacity filled and strict observance of Covid Appropriate Behaviour. Services to be conducted only on Sundays during daytime.
Educational institutions will remain close and teaching and learning activities will be continued with online mode.
