The state Government of Mizoram issued a new order with revised Covid19 guidelines to be enforced in the state with effect from 31.10.2021 to 30.11.2021.

With the number of positive cases finally showing a gradual decline, the government has easened several restrictions and regulations. 

Some of the significant revisions include the opening of churches for night services, change of curfew timing (9:00pm- 4:00am), etc. However, congregational singing during church services is still restricted. 

The regulation of vehicle movement in the AMC area has been constantly revised with every new guidelines issued this year. So far, more than 8 revisions have been made regarding the movement of vehicles. In the order issued today, the new regulation on the movement of vehicle stated that every private vehicles will ply on 6 days a week and have one day each on which they will not ply based on their vehicle registration numbers. All vehicles are free of restrictions on weekends and national holidays.
