Govt. Serchhip College, Serchhip has been accredited with Grade A by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) in their third cycle. The college now stands as the only Grade A accredited institution among the government colleges in Mizoram. The institution earned a total CGPA of 3.18 after the NAAC inspection in 29th and 30th December, 2021. Several colleges in the state are yet to face the NAAC peer team inspection.
Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), with a record of at least two batches of students graduated, or been in existence for six years, whichever is earlier, are eligible to apply for the process of Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) of NAAC.
