Jemima H. Lallawmzuali, a resident of Ramhlun South, Aizawl has volunteered as a full- time staff at Zoram Medical College. Jemima is a nursing student who is due to leave Mizoram to pursue her M.Sc degree in Nursing outside the state.
As Mizoram battles the second wave of pandemic, Zoram Medical College is facing shortage in medical staffs and an urgent notice has been put up seeking volunteers from the state.
Jemima decided to keep her studies at a halt and voluntarily answered this call for help from ZMc. Her parents dropped her off at ZMC on 06.05.2021 and she immediately busied herself attending the patients as soon as she reached the hospital.
Mizoram is truly blessed to have youngsters with a sense of altruism.
